Episode 005 - Training by Power 3

VTTV Episode 005 is now directly available below. Episode 006 is scheduled for release within the next 24 hours and will be available in the iTunes store, simply search for VTTV using the iTunes search feature.

Episode 005 continues this series of podcasts looking at using power measuring equipment as an aid to cycle training.  This episode introduces some of the terms used when training by power.  The time in training zone and cadence data from an outdoor and an indoor ride are then compared as  a possible means of assessing the relative potential training benefits of the sessions.
