Episode 006 - Training by Power 4

Episode 006 continues this series of podcasts looking at using power measuring equipment as an aid to cycle training.  This episode continues the review of some of the terms used when training by power.  In this episode the Variability Index (VI), Acute and Chronic Training Loads (ATL, CTL) and the Performance Management Chart (PMC) are covered. A further illustration of the potential for less than effective training when riding outdoors is included in this episode.
