Trundled up the the usual meeting place today well past the time some of the blokes might have been meeting to find that they had not yet departed and were still undecided where to head for. My plan was to head North up to a place called Lowick, a lumpy ride but not a hill training session, riding at L2.
Eventually it was decided that they wanted to head inland over several of the larger local climbs so I decided to stick with my plan and head North. It was a good ride, not too hilly but far from flat and I was back home well before midday.
Covered just under 60 miles in windy but sunny conditions and generated a TSS of about 190 which was ideal. Rest day tomorrow and then on with the programme :-)
