Saturday Training



Well I've now had 4 days of rest after the Tour of Ireland and in spite of my cold I thought it was time to start doing some work again before too much detraining takes place.

I opted for some steady L3 work and though I could still feel some leg fatigue it went fine and I was glad I'd got moving again. Often the hardest session is the one that gets you training again so it's all systems go again now, back to the regular training plan.
