Monday Training



Well, I normally just rest on Monday but today my legs were feeling a little stiff so I decided to just do a very easy L2 spin for 40 minutes on the VeloTron using the SpinScan system to look at how the pedalling and the L->R power split is going, just for a change really.

I enjoyed just whirring along and the time passed very quickly riding at 180-200W for the majority of the time. Quite a helpful thing to do in terms of weight management too this, it wasn't tiring but still used up a significant 400kcal.
