Out for over an hour on the tandem this morning with Lorena which was fun, nice and sunny when we were out but clouded over later, as usual. Anyway, that went well and we really enjoyed ourselves. I then did an hour of L2 in the evening in manual ergo mode to complete the training for the day, no stress, just plugging steadily away.
