The long miserable winter drags on but I am starting to see the light at the end of the tunnel. My 12 week winter plan ends at the end of next week and I am delighted to say that I've stuck to it pretty well, certainly as well as could be expected.
Road riding hasn't really been an option for me so that side of things has suffered but I'm just not worried about that at all. All the evidence suggests that when I do get back on the road I'll be in pretty reasonable shape to start my Spring CTL build towards the Tour de France ride in July.
Today's session was a couple of 25 minute efforts at 76-90% of FTP, so a variable load. The session went fine, happy with progress.
