My very favourite session, the Hour of Power. No proper recovery, surges every 3 minutes, 17 of them, up to around 350W, terrific!
This is very much a session of 3 parts, it feels awful at the start, not too bad in the middle, and then more awful towards the end. That aside this is a really solid training session and will throughout the spring build be part of my staple training diet.
Even though the session was seriously challenging once I had finished I felt surprisingly good which was nice, I recovered quickly and felt absolutely fine, encouraging.
