Saturday Training

Time to get out on the road again particularly as the weather forecast was set to deteriorate. Continuing with my steady CTL build and my March road adaptation which is going nicely. Took a lumpy route up from home Northwards towards Scotland and got as far as Lowick before turning towards the East coast to head down the coast towards home.

Ended up covering about 60 miles and generating a TSS of about 200 which was more than I had anticipated but hell, who's complaining! Felt fine throughout the ride, my winter indoor schedule has done what was required of it and produced a solid foundation to build on, but I'm not going to rush things, plenty of time before July.
