Tuesday's training was a straightforward affair just continuing with the maintenance and development of my aerobic capacity with 50 minutes of level 3 work at 76-90% of my FTP. Training isn't feeling too easy at the moment with a current TSB of -15.4 but that's just how these things are.
If there is one thing I've learned over the years it's that if I always wait for my legs to feel "fine" before I train again I actually end up detraining over the medium and longer term and not making progress or even maintaining my fitness. The other fact of course is that I'm under no illusion that in July I'm not going to be waking up with fresh legs every day so I might as well "just do it"
