Wednesday Training

Had planned on Wednesday to do another Adirondack's ErgVideo ride but I realised as soon as I'd started that I had made an error with the configuration of the workout and that it was far to easy, nice, but easy :-)  Anyway, time was at a premium so I just did 40 minutes or so at 76-90% of FTP. This was good steady base work which is never a waste of time and is never quite as easy as you are hoping it would be.

Good little session done, the performance management chart is starting to show signs of the dreaded "CTL droop", rest days are great but they play havoc with your numbers!
