Once again I have been deterred by the wind, I have never known it be so windy for such a prolonged period as it has been lately, very disruptive. I'm feeling a bit jaded today and not quite as perky as I would like so it's maybe a good thing to train indoors for a shorter period than the planned 4-5 hours with hill repeats thrown in.
Anyway, in the end decided I opted to do a 3 hour session on the turbo with some 5 minute efforts included going up to Z3. Managed to complete the session but do feel quite tired. I need to rest now, have an easy session tomorrow, and see how I go from there.
