Hi
The weather here is simply atrocious, pouring rain, freezing cold, and very high winds, stuck on the turbo again. Planned to do 2:30:00 base session and got as far as 2:00:00 in the end watching the second part of Longitude which was good. I don't think I had fuelled up properly for today's ride and went a bit hypo towards the end so had to have an emergency banana and some wine gums. Decided at this point that I wouldn't really be doing myself any real good continuing so called it a day at the 2 hour mark.
More bad weather forecast for tomorrow, great.
