Day off the bike! :-) Caught up on some Coronation Street and generally loafed around. Cooked a really lovely roast chicken dinner with loads of vegetables which we enjoyed with another one plated up for tomorrow.
Sometimes think I can almost understand how people loaf around on the sofa all the time, it feels really quite nice.
