Friday Training


Another high resistance session scheduled for today which seemed to go reasonably well. Not sure at the moment how it shaped up in comparison with previous similar sessions but I'll check later. The information for the seven 5 minute efforts is shown below:
  1. 90 RPM 310W
  2. 85 RPM 310W
  3. 80 RPM 310W
  4. 75 RPM 310W
  5. 70 RPM 300W
  6. 65 RPM 290W
  7. 60 RPM 290W
Anyway, another one done, out in the open air tomorrow, give the CompuTrainer a rest for the weekend!
