Out with John and Neil today for the first time for ages, went out to Chatton and over Bowden Doors to Belford before returning via the coast, nice scenic ride at a steady pace. Bumped into Ian who was off to give himself his usual thrashing over to Kelso. So, nice ride, not too far and not too hard, about 50 miles in a bit less than 3 hours, plenty of time to build up yet, average HR 127.
