Recovery ride done today in ergometer mode with a fixed load of 175W which I am going to adopt as my standard load for this type of ride for a period to see if my HR or PRE falls over time. If it does I'll then raise the load to target a HR of about 120 for this type of recovery session. Interested and pleased with the Friel "decoupling" figure of 1.18% below which is good, well below the suggested max of 5%
