50 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 245W
Planned to do 60 minutes at L3 but found it very hard going and bailed out at 50 minutes with a HR of about 170. 89% of the time of the workout was spent in the tempo power zone, 62.5% of the time spent in the threshold HR zone :-( Too uncomfortable considering what I'd planend the session to be about! All adds to the CTL I guess but not very cheering all the same. Identical turbo L3 done on 15.11.2007 had just 21% of the time in the threshold HR zone with a MHR of 159 and an average of 153, compared to today's 170/154 for 50 minutes.
