60 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W
First time I've done a full 60 minutes @ 250W and managed Ok though it was hard work, surprising how a small power difference can make a workout feel very different when working at the margins. HR remained under control and didn't go through the roof. This is pretty bracing L3 training and being on the turbo there is not letup at all, even for a moment. This 60 minute effort was done only 6W below the lower limit of my SS training intensity.
