Saturday Training

Hi

Computrainer
Snow and ice outside and severe weather warning from the Met office for the NE so on the turbo again. decided to ride a 50 mile route I'd prepared ages ago using GPS data, very "undulating", route ID UKroute11. This was hard but manageable, I'm sure it's harder on the turbo, there is just no respite at all. TSS of 141 so spot on for today's requirement, legs feel pretty tired but pleased to have got my training going again. Feel that I'm now about 95% of the way back from the lurgy now, HRV data hugely better this morning so about 7 days since the figures first crashed downwards, worth remembering that. A lot of short hard efforts in this route, plenty of surges above 300W required to overcome numerous short rises as well as the longer inclines.
