Tuesday Training

60 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W
Wondered how this would go after 50 minutes of L3 last night but it turned out fine. Felt under control throughout and legs felt Ok. I think it's probably time to increase the starting wattage to 255W tapering over the 60 minutes to 250W as I did with the previous little step up and following this with 255W straight through if all goes Ok for a few sessions. Quite surprised that this went as well as it did and pleased with how I felt at the end and how readily my HR dropped back to upper L2 at the end of the effort. Hoping this training will be turning on my fat burning/glycogen sparing systems :-)
