30 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W WITH TAPER
Haven't trained on a Monday for quite some while as I've always used it as a rest and recovery day after the weekend. Decided to give it a go today with the aim of rebuilding my aerobic base after my ailments etc. Session went well with 30 minutes at L3 then the load tapering off for the 2nd half of the hour, this is a good way of making sure that the latter part of the session doesn't become a threshold session! Anyway, legs felt pretty shot for the first part but as time went on felt increasingly comfortable and in the end counted the session as a success. Not quite sure how things will go with tomorrows L3 hour, will see how legs feel and consider repeating this session if they feel very tired indeed.
