45 MINUTE L3 SESSION @ 250W WITH TAPER
Slightly different session to the usual L3, just the 45 minutes with a taper down for 10 minutes after the effort. seemed to go fine, legs feeling tired but still able to work and not feeling that awful deep seated tiredness I have felt in the past. Dietary experimentations are continuing and seem at the present time to be having a very beneficial effect on my HRV measurements which seem to be indicating that I am recovering well from the work I am doing. All pretty promising and very interesting! Rest day tomorrow!
