As usual tonight was my late night for working and so I scheduled this as a rest day which I was ready for. Be interesting how the session tmorrow night goes as I'm going to have another bash at 2x20 threshold (L4) efforts which are always a real joy ;-) Seem to be recovering Ok and no major issues at present, I'll just keep plugging away and hope at some point to go up a level, I may of course already have reached my genetic potential but I hope not.
