Rode out to Lowick today with John, Mark, and Ian, covered just over 70 miles. As usual the weather was dreadful, no wind but misty and drizzling for much of the way, ended up very grubby and saturated by the end of the ride. Felt better than yesterday for some reason, maybe I just had more food on board, I wish I could get to the bottom of how it all works in terms of fatigue/recovery/nutrition etc. but I'm sure if anyone ever does they will make a fortune. Rest day tomorrow and then it's on with the CTL build for La Marmotte, CTL after today is 97.5 so this week *could* see me go through the 100 barrier for the first time!
