Wednesday (not) Training


"Official" rest day today with my late night at work so no training for me though did go out for a walk at lunchtime covering about 2.5 miles so I wasn't completely sedentary! Just taking things steadily, have developed an outline plan which will take me up to the Cumberland Challenge at the end of August so we'll see how that pans out, I plan to restart "proper" training next week, if I have a half decent weekend and feel better than I have been.
