Rest day today after yesterday's fun and games. Weather seems to have taken a turn for the worse but at least it's done it on a day I'm at work and the forecast for the weekend is pretty good again which is nice, if it turns out to be correct for a change.
Got a L4 session planned for Tuesday so that's something to look forward to, be interesting to see how it goes, they are never easy.
