Decided to treat myself to a second recovery day today and will probably resume some easy training tomorrow. Spent the day generally pottering about and once I'd cleaned my bike up a bit I thought I'd take a couple of shots of my trusty steed to share with you. One of the bike:

ReplyDeleteNo, it's a KMC chain. I like them, not cheap but do have a PowerLink which allows you to take them off or fix them much more easily.
As for the ZIPPs, I'll hang onto them for a bit if that's Ok but thanks for the seal of approval, all I need to do now is to do them justice.
