Finally decided to take the bull by the horns and gain increased performance on the bike (and improved health) by shedding a few excess pounds over the Autumn and Winter ready for next year. I think the time has come whereby losing some weight will make a real difference having kept a bit extra on for a while whilst building my strength and fitness.

So, the plan is for there to be less of me each month over the next few months, hope to make progress more or less by just cutting out some of the "treats" I, and most of us, enjoy ;-)
