Thanks for that, really hard thing to do to change one's "style" I reckon. I'm going to try if I can to drop my heel slightly as you mentioned previously and get my ATA closer to 90 degrees. I also plan to try a shorter stem and a slightly further back seat position which I think will help with this. Even if I can find another 2W by small tweaks it beats the hell out of training for the extra watts!
Not really in a position to comment on pedalling style, looks pretty good, but what do I know, the pedals seem to go round in the right order....left then right then left again. Gets messy if I get this mixed up. To pick up on your comments about strain in the bike. I too noticed quite incredible flex in the frame whilst Michelle was cycling, at only 55Kg putting out 180W. Whether this reflects an older frame or something I was not previously conscious of. Try videoing from the back if you really want to scare yourself. Can only imagine what happens under double the wattage and double the weight ;-) Only kidding on the wattage.
I have an SCR on my turbo and cannot get the same layback as on my main bike - I can really feel it in my pedalling. you may need a different seatpost to get the maximum effect ... more cost :-(
have you already checked the setup on the SCR and your main bike are the same?
looks almost perfect to me.
