Hi
Ah, this is the life, a rest day, after yesterday's rest day :-) Not often I have 2 days off and I can feel my body slipping into loafing mode which is actually quite a nice sensation for a change. I find that more than 48 hours of not training and I start to feel pretty sluggish so I'm planning to be back into the swing of things tomorrow with another round of L4 work, yippee!! ;-)
