Nice steady 2x20 L3 session, felt very comfortable, no problems at all, quite enjoyed this today especially as it's pouring with rain outside.
Hoping for a decent day tomorrow but unfortunately it's not looking very promising, what will be will be I guess, may well be training indoors again.
