Poor weather here as usual so rode the IRCV IronMan UK circuit again, didn't ride flat out at all and finished in about a minute longer than last week which was just fine, the course took me 1:51:30 and I'd planned to go round in under 2 hours so was perfectly happy with that.

Found the course was again good training and certainly found watching the road and using the SpinScan very pleasantly distracting and the time passed far more quickly than it otherwise would have done.

NP for the ride was 249W and generated a TSS of 124.2, happy with that for a Saturday indoor ride, better than being on the couch by far!
