Steady away with a bit of L3 work. felt good, no problems, seem to be doing Ok at the moment. My little "training camp" starts tomorrow with a long ride with the guys and the weather is looking good. Nice to feel comfortable spinning at 255W.
Heading in the right direction I feel, time for some outdoor saddle time!
