Monday (not) Training

Hi

Yes, it's Monday and it's a day for rest before launching some formal L5 work tomorrow. I'm not sure how that's going to go as I'll be kicking it off as part of a mixed session by doing 20 minutes of L4 and following this with some 4 minute efforts @ about 350W and I'll just see how it feels, I don't think it will feel nice somehow!

I noticed today that there is cause for celebration, this is my 100th blog posting! Happy Birthday "Leading The Tour in 2010"
