Saturday Training

had planned to go out for a long ride today but the weather was pretty poor and I was feeling a bit on the tired side so I decided to knock that idea on the head and ride one the RacerMate Interactive Real Course Videos (IRCVs), I selected the IronMan Australia course from my vast library of 2 courses ;-)

Anyway, I was glad I didn't go out as my output was down on the usual and I did feel pretty tired so I just paced myself and rode until the finish line appeared.

A worthwhile session though clocking up a TSS of around 100, all training in the bank.
