Nice steady tandem ride with Lorena, very enjoyable it was too, covered about 20 miles in around 75 minutes, we were going well. This was supposed to be a rest day but what with the tandem ride and then digging the vegetable plot it didn't really turn out that way. Still, just wait until I'm tucking into all those lovely home grown brassicas :-)
