Friday Training



After yesterday's hard work and prior to tomorrow's hilly ride which is likely to be hard work also the plan for today was just to burn some calories without laying down too much fatigue.

I've set up a little .erg file which just takes me up in steps to 225W and then back down the other side and uses around 700 calories including a warmup. I simply rode this file and the session passed without any problems, job done, on with the show tomorrow.
