Wednesday Training



Nothing too strenuous today, just burning some calories. I'm finding that the best thing for me to do at the moment is probably to do a L2 type session after my hard Tuesday and Thursday sessions and to do some L3 work on the road at the weekend where possible, but indoors of the weather is poor.

I reckon the key sessions for me at the present time, and the ones which seem to be delivering the goods, are the Tuesday critical time session and the Thursday 4x10 session so I'll stick with them for a spell.
