Sweet Spot training today once again using the ERG+ random feature to generate the file. This session was pretty hard work but I always felt on top of it which was good. There isn't much doubt in my mind that these sessions are more challenging than previous isopower sessions I have done, even though the overall averages are very similar, it's just harder work with being more variable.
