Legs still a bit tired from yesterday but the session went Ok. Stuck to the 2x25 rather than the 2x20, seems worthwhile, an extra 5 mins total session time but an extra 10 minutes of L3 training.
Having a bit of a problem keeping all the weight I've lost off and have gained a few pounds but am still well within the sort of range I want to be in at this time of year and a hell of a lot lower than I was this time last year so I'm not worried about it, just need to keep it in check.
Out on the road tomorrow!
