Monday Training



Continuing my efforts to rebuild my aerobic fitness back to where it was, this time by extending my L3 efforts to 25 minutes. This session actually went really well and I felt good throughout which was encouraging.

My HR is still higher than it used to be for this sort of effort but I think I may be starting to make a bit of progress as this felt really pretty good.
