Another sweet spot session done in the hope of trying to arrest the fall in my CTL and recover some of my aerobic condition which I think is starting to fall off as my HR is rising for certain key loads.
Things aren't going quite as well at the moment as they were and I really need to get some proper structure back in place and in particular get some longer rides in at the weekend to supplement the work I am doing indoors during the week.
So, new resolve required, onwards and upwards.
