Still plugging away and upped the game a bit tonight by doing my "45 minutes of power" .erg workout. Bill Black, the originator of this type of training has a lot to answer for, this was hard work, as always.
However, I got to the end of the session in good shape though my legs were starting to suffer by the end. I'm sure had I intended to I could have done the full hour of power workout but that wasn't the plan for today.
The session yielded a very useful 79 TSS which at least stops my CTL falling any further today. To review this workout click here.
