Hi
No cycling training today which I have to say was nice. Not a completely lazy day though, I did complete my walk as planned and then in the evening topped things off with a Twilight Swim at 21:00. Nice experience, the pool lights are dimmed and the underwater lights are on, very relaxing session and not too many people there at all, which was hardly surprising because it was freezing outside!
