A Cyclist's Weight Loss Story - Episode 01

Here's episode one and the introduction to what I am sure will be a long story of my return to fitness and a half decent body weight. It's taken me a long time to come to the conclusion that for whatever reason I can't do this by myself so I'm going to get help rather than just sit back and hope that things will magically change. I'm not looking for a short term fix here, but a long term solution.
